Booking Conditions

Reservations are accepted on the following terms:

1. The prices are subject to change. However, the price at the date of booking will stand.
2. For reservations made more than four weeks before the arrival date a deposit of 30% is required to secure the booking. The balance will be due four weeks before the arrival date. For reservations made less than four weeks before the arrival date, the total amount will be due immediately.
3. Deposits are not refundable. Cancellations should be made four weeks before the arrival date; otherwise the balance is due in full.
4. There is an extra charge for cleaning and laundry, paid locally upon receipt of the keys to the apartment.
5. If required, there is an extra charge for a ‘welcome pack’ which will be added to your balance.
6. A security deposit of £200 is due with the balance. This is returned after the apartment has been checked. Deductions will be made for breakages, damage or any excessive cleaning.
7. The apartments are available from 3pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the last day.
8. Only members of your party as indicated on the booking form may occupy the apartment.
9. No pets or animals are permitted.
10. The apartment is to be kept in good order and left clean and tidy on vacating. Any breakages should be reported upon returning the keys.
11. All linen and bathroom towels are provided. Your own towels should be taken to the pool area.
12. Any complaints should be reported courteously to the key holders immediately.
13. We reserve the right to refuse any booking and to cancel in the unlikely event of the apartment becoming unavailable through any fault outside our control. A full refund of any monies paid will be made immediately.
14. The owners of the apartments shall not be liable to you or any member of your party for any loss or damage to your property or person, however caused.
15. In the event of any unresolved dispute between the parties it shall be referred to the jurisdiction of the English Courts and governed by English law and interpretation.
